Belfast Grand Central Station 🚉✨

We’re delighted to announce that SK Sealants has played a key role in the successful completion of Belfast Grand Central Station, the largest integrated transport hub on the island of Ireland.

Designed to accommodate up to 20 million passenger journeys each year, the new hub features eight rail platforms, 26 bus stands, retail and dining spaces, seating areas, restrooms, staff offices, changing facilities, and canteen areas.

Our team had the privilege of working with an outstanding site team to deliver top-quality results throughout the station. Our mastic sealant package included:

🔹 Coping joints across the eight platforms
🔹 Tile joints in bathrooms, changing areas, curtain walls, and columns
🔹 Concrete expansion joints at bus stations and under rail lines
🔹 Glazing joints
🔹 Skirting tile trims
🔹 Door frames and windows

SK Sealants is excited to announce the completion of Belfast's largest student accommodation project, featuring 774 beds at Nelson Place for Student Roost. This marks our 9th student block project in Belfast for various clients.

The impressive 12-storey building boasts a sky lounge with panoramic city views, a cinema room, games room, study rooms, a bookable hosting kitchen, gym, spin studio, indoor sports hall, and a rooftop running track.

We were thrilled to be part of this fantastic project and worked with an exceptional site team who deserve full credit.
