📍 Lisburn | Office Based

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established and growing SME in Lisburn. Monday–Thursday 8am–5pm | Friday 8am–2pm

This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be at the heart of the business, connecting customers, sales and operations while keeping the day-to-day office, accounts administration and order processes running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

🟡 Managing sales & purchase ledgers using Sage 50
🟡 Processing customer orders and invoices
🟡 Coordinating with customers, suppliers and internal teams
🟡 Supporting purchasing and inventory requirements
🟡 Assisting with transport, dispatch and delivery schedules
🟡 Managing general office administration and processes
🟡 Providing a professional first point of contact for customers

What we’re looking for:

Previous Office Manager, Senior Administrator, Accounts Assistant or similar experience
Hands-on Sage 50 experience is essential, Experience with sales and purchase ledgers, Excellent organisation and communication skills. A proactive, energetic approach and ability to multitask. Someone who enjoys working within a busy, growing SME environment

You will receive :
