Anne offers her Baby Body Language presentations to parents, teachers and health professionals as a way of educating us as to how our early imprints from before & during pregnancy, at birth and in the early years impact us. She shares how these imprints need to be considered when working with children that have issues around feeding, sleeping, digestion, poo-ing and the wide variety of childhood behavioural and learning issues. A greater understanding of our early patterns can be very insightful into how we live our adult relationships in regard to food, money, work ethics and personal relationships.

𝗖𝗼𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴
Anne is passionate about empowering mums to recognise their inner strengths and face the challenges of past woundings and emotional blocks that can interfere with mum/baby bonding and lead to childhood attachment issues. She integrates her professional skills and techniques to connect with mum and baby/child empathetically as part of their healing process.

𝙐𝙋𝘿𝘼𝙏𝙀 𝙉𝙀𝙒𝙎 - Anne will be offering an online course soon for those mums who feel strongly about having deeper soulful connections with their child.

It can be exhausting when your child’s behaviour feels intense, unpredictable or overwhelming.

But what if those moments aren’t about “bad behaviour” at all?

Children communicate through behaviour long before they can fully explain what’s happening inside them.
Big reactions often signal a nervous system under strain — not a child trying to be difficult.

When we shift from control to curiosity, everything begins to change.
Connection grows. Safety grows. And over time, regulation grows too 🤍

If you’d like to understand what your child’s behaviour is really telling you, my Baby Body Language work offers a gentle, practical place to begin.

Reflux crying often gets worse at night…

During the day, babies are stimulated and distracted.
At night, everything slows down — and stored tension becomes more noticeable.

The gut and nervous system are deeply connected.
So when a baby feels overwhelmed in their body, digestive discomfort can intensify.

Your baby isn’t being difficult — their body is asking for support 🤍

Meltdowns aren’t misbehaviour — they’re communication.

When emotions overflow, a child’s body is releasing stress and overwhelm.

This isn’t a moment that needs control…
but safety and connection.

A calm presence helps the nervous system settle 🤍

Parenting doesn’t come with a manual — and every child communicates in their own unique way.

Decoding Your Child’s Body Language is a gentle, practical course designed to help you understand what your child’s behaviour is really telling you… beyond the surface.
Through short modules, reflective tools, and calming practices, you’ll learn to notice your child differently — and often yourself too.

Because connection grows not from “fixing” behaviour, but from understanding what’s underneath it 🤍

If you feel called to parent in a more aware, compassionate way, this course may be for you.

Some babies cry the moment they’re in a car seat… 🚗

It’s not stubbornness.
The position can create tension,
and the nervous system may feel unsafe.
Babies respond through sensation — not logic.
So the crying?
It’s communication. 🤍

Have you noticed this with your baby? 👇

If your baby arches their back, it’s not random…

It’s not “bad behaviour”.

It can be a sign of overwhelm,
tension, or discomfort in the body.

Your baby isn’t being difficult —
they’re trying to cope.

Behaviour is communication. 🤍

Sleep struggles are often seen as a problem of routine.

But sometimes it’s not about schedules at all.

For a baby or a child to sleep deeply, their nervous system needs to feel safe enough to fully relax. When that sense of safety is still developing, sleep can be more difficult.

Connection and emotional security can play a powerful role in helping babies settle and rest.

Sometimes better sleep begins with helping a baby or child feel safe.

Colic is usually blamed on the tummy.

But sometimes it’s not only about digestion.

A baby’s nervous system, emotions and body are closely connected. Stress, tension and the intensity of early experiences can show up as physical discomfort.

When we slow down and observe a baby’s body language, we often begin to understand their needs more clearly.

Sometimes the path to easing colic starts with supporting a baby’s nervous system and emotional regulation.

If this perspective resonates with you, feel free to share your thoughts or experiences in the comments — it may help another parent feel a little less alone.

Babies aren’t born knowing how to self-soothe…
It’s not something they do alone.
It’s learned through connection —
not being left to cry.
When babies cry alone,
they don’t learn calm…
they learn survival.

Connection first.
Independence later. 🤍

Have you been told to let your baby “cry it out”? 💭👇
