We’ve been so busy… we’ve nearly forgotten to tell you what’s actually happening.
Over the past few weeks, the phone hasn’t stopped.
Enquiries, viewings, conversations — people looking for space, looking for opportunity, looking for a chance to grow.
And in the middle of all that, we’ve realised… we haven’t properly shared the bigger picture.
With support from the Department for the Economy NI, North City Business Centre has secured three additional buildings — a £3.75 million investment that will expand our space to almost 200,000 sq ft.
But this isn’t just about expansion.
It’s about finally being able to say yes to the demand we’ve been seeing every day.

👉 Yes to the entrepreneur who’s outgrown the kitchen table
👉 Yes to the social enterprise that needs a base to make an impact
For years, we’ve been at capacity — turning people away for space, when we knew they had potential.
Now, we’re in a position to change that.
And this is only the beginning.
We’re also investing further into these buildings — bringing them back into use, upgrading them, and most importantly working directly with businesses to create spaces that are bespoke to their needs.
This isn’t one size fits all.
This is about shaping space around ambition.
These buildings will be brought back to life, not just as workspaces, but as places where ideas grow, jobs are created, and North Belfast continues to move forward.
North Belfast has never lacked ambition.
Now it’s getting the space to match it.
