North City Business Centre is seeking a reliable and hardworking Part-Time Cleaner to join our team.

📍 Location: North City Business Centre, North Belfast
🕙 Hours: 15 hours per week
📅 Monday–Friday, 10am–1pm
💷 Hourly rate: £12.71

The role will involve maintaining a clean, welcoming and professional environment across our business centre.

Previous experience working in a commercial cleaning environment is essential. Applicants should take pride in their work, have excellent attention to detail and be capable of working reliably and independently.

AI Agents for Business | North City Business Centre x Belfast Met

Last week we welcomed a full room of business owners and professionals to North City Business Centre for our Introduction to Creating AI Agents for Businesses workshop, delivered in partnership with Belfast Metropolitan College

The session explored how AI is continuing to develop beyond simple prompts, looking at Generative AI, Creative AI and AI Agents, and how businesses can begin using these tools to improve productivity, automate processes and support day-to-day operations.

It was great to see such strong interest in the topic, with plenty of discussion around where AI could realistically fit within different businesses and sectors.

A big thank you to the team at Belfast Metropolitan College for co-delivering the session and to everyone who came along, asked questions and contributed to the conversation.

If you missed this one, don’t worry. We have a number of further workshops planned as part of our NCBC Business Support Programme this Autumn, covering a range of topics designed to support local businesses.

TikTok Masterclass complete at North City Business Centre ✅

A fab group of business owners joined us for our latest masterclass, exploring how TikTok can be used more effectively as a marketing and growth tool.

We covered everything from what makes quality TikTok content and how the algorithm works, to creators and collaborations, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing and how businesses can start using the platform more strategically.

Plenty of questions, discussion and practical takeaways from Colleen O’Donnell throughout the session, which is always what we want to achieve from our workshops.
