Two down, two to go — on to the next one!

The high-reach demolition phase at Coolmoyne House and Rathmoyne House in Dunmurry is now complete, with our teams continuing with site clearance and processing of the demolition materials.

Our high-reach machine is now on the move to Clarawood House, where it will begin work on tower number three.

Kilbroney House will follow in due course.

Two of these items were stolen from our yard on Flush Road at approximately 9:00pm last night.

The theft has been reported to the PSNI. If anyone has any information, no matter how small, please get in touch.

Project Update – Rathmoyne & Coolmoyne House, Dunmurry

Progress continues at pace on our demolition project at Rathmoyne & Coolmoyne House, Dunmurry.

Our team is now carrying out the demolition of both tower blocks simultaneously, with the high-reach excavators making significant progress on site each day.

This latest drone and time-lapse footage highlights the scale of the operation and the careful planning required to safely dismantle these high-rise structures while maintaining the highest standards of safety, environmental management and efficiency.
