It's not every day that a Colombia farmer drops in to the roastery unexpectedly! Oliverio Vilafaña, is one of the indigenous peoples from Sierra Nevada in the North West of Colombia.

It was an honour to show him where all of his coffee is warehoused, , where we roast it, and to be able to serve him a cup!

Over 60% of the coffee in our Natural, Sierra Nevada Regional is supplied by Oliverio and the remainder by other indigenous farmers. You can get it exclusively and .

It’s been a wee while since we shouted about a new release…

Introducing Kimabara, the first of a traunch of new coffees just arrived!

As you know, we’re always big fans of Kenyan coffees in the roastery, and Kimabara is a prime example of why. 🇰🇪

This washed lot from Nyeri in Kenya’s central region is full of juicy blackcurrant and tangerine, with an assam tea body.

BTW, it’s an AA for the little that that matters… 😉

Our / Linea Mini didn’t miss a beat, even while we were queued three or four coffees deep!!!

Our latest relase is another Globally exclusive coffee from A Honey process Tabi. Rich, sweet and juicy with a personal backstory…

On my first coffee hunting trip with Augusto and Jorge from , two coffees stood out on the trip which were both Elcida’s.

We’ve since been extremely lucky to secure her total production, 110kgs of Tabi Washed, and 120kgs of her Tabi Honey.

On our most recent trip I was fortunate to get the opportunity to travel to Elcida’s farm in Pueblo Bello, Sierra Nevada and finally meet her in person.

The ‘FORCE AWAKENS’

As we officially start coming out of Lockdown, we have spent the last few months investing, refining our systems and sourcing demands. These two new new assets give us the ability to produce incredible batch consistency as well as provide us an outlet for more accuracy in filter coffees.
