I’ll be away from emails and social media for a couple of weeks while we celebrate. Thanks to all my lovely clients for your patience and well wishes. See you when I’m back 💛

Something I shared during Facebook training with TADA Rural Support Network this week...

People worry that their content isn't good enough, interesting enough, or professional enough. Meanwhile, they have brilliant stories sitting untold...

The activity that brightened someone's day. The training that led to a new business venture. The volunteer who turns up every week, no matter the weather. The small thing that made a BIG difference.

You don't need expensive equipment, a complicated content plan or perfect graphics, you need to tell the stories that people connect with.

What small but big story could you share? 💛

A busy month juggling work and wedding prep but grateful for it all 💛

1. Continued strategic planning work with the fabulous staff team at Shelter NI
2. Attended celebration of year 1 of the SPARC project & had a wee proud face on me seeing the evaluation report on display
3. Delivered Canva training at Engage With Age(yet again failed to take a pic of their lovely faces)
4. Had catch-ups with lots of brilliant ladies
5. Had the BEST hen do, surrounded by family & friends

* Gained a new social media client

** Lost many hours of sleep to wedding prep panic 😴

Celebrating one year of SPARC 🎇

SPARC (Supporting People and Resilient Communities) is a 3-year project focused on addressing gaps, working with young people and families facing financial hardship in east Belfast.

As the project evaluator it was so lovely to be part of the celebrations with the project partners, to meet The National Lottery Community Fund Northern Ireland Chair, Dame Julia Cleverdon and Chair of the NI Committee, Paul Sweeney and to see the evaluation report on display ☺️

Thanks and congratulations to Ledley Hall Youth and Boxing Club, Phoenix Education Centre NI, Walkway Community Centre and Oasis Caring in Action

I’m looking forward to seeing what comes next 💛

July ☀️

I remember really questioning the self-employed life last July. I’m so glad I kept going. This July was a whole lot better 💛

June ☀️

Highlight of the month was heading away to Marbella for my hen 🙌🏻 Also had a great night at Def Leppard and a lovely day at my aunt’s special birthday party with the family (which is growing at some rate!)

The pics don’t show it but I did some work as well 😂
- Gained a new client and I’m excited to be supporting their strategic plan refresh in the coming months
- Completed the draft Maps & Memories evaluation report
-Provided SharePoint support to an organisation, helping them with file structure & permissions
-Created social content for a long-term client

How great are dogs? Especially my Alfie 🩵

They teach us so much about ourselves and we can learn from them when it comes to our businesses as well 🐶

Anyone who has ever started a business will know it's not just about being good at what you do... You also need to let people know you are doing it, and make it easy for them to find you 🔎

RG Chimney Sweep knew exactly what his business was but he needed some support to get properly set up with a Facebook business page, which is where I came in. He now has a professional online prescence and is consistently promoting his business himself.

PS If you are in need of a chimney sweep, I can highly recommend Rory from personal experience, very professional and tidy job👌
