🐬Restoring Rathlin’s Shoreline, Purpose in Action🐬
At Allstate, our 15 hours of paid volunteer time empower employees to give back to causes they care about, while building new perspectives. Recently, colleagues from Marketing Analytics put this into action on Rathlin Island, taking part in a beach clean-up to help protect its unique coastline.
While the beaches looked pristine, the volume of litter collected told a different story, highlighting how environmental impact isn’t always visible.
As one colleague shared, even small efforts can make a meaningful difference.
This experience reinforces our commitment to sustainability and community, showing how collective action helps preserve our environment for future generations, while strengthening connections across our teams.

🏆Allstate was incredibly proud to be named a finalist at the 2026 UK , with recognition in two high‑profile categories alongside some of the UK’s leading digital and technology organisations.
We were shortlisted for Digital Transformation Project of the Year, recognising the scale and ambition of our transformation journey - from modernising our technology ecosystem to embedding a digital product model focused on customer value, speed and craftsmanship.
We were also delighted to see our very own Deirbhile Leonard shortlisted for Rising Star of the Year, celebrating her standout impact on API modernisation and her wider contribution across our digital and community landscape.
Being recognised as a finalist on a national stage is a significant achievement. It reflects the strength of our people, the depth of our talent and a shared commitment to purposeful, meaningful transformation through technology.

April's BSS Connections Day brought our teams together for a spring‑inspired day of connection, learning and fun.
From breakfast catch‑ups, friendly competitions and a shared lunch, to finance sessions and an Earth Day quiz, that highlighted the environmental impact of the world around us, the day created space to step away from the day‑to‑day and reconnect.
