WEEKEND AWAY…Lovely weekend away in my happy place on the North Coast. Beach walks, belly laughs, buying antiques and big dinners. Then back to Belfast for a bit of hard graft. SALE AGREED…When I’m working with a client, I always ask them to keep me up to date with progress and let me know when a property has been sale agreed. Our standard hire is six to eight weeks- in fact we offer two weeks FOR FREE if our client has no offers within that time.

More often than not though, we are told that a property has offers within days of hitting the market and our average time for a property to go sale agreed after staging is WITHIN 2 WEEKS.
