PROPERTY WOMEN NI…Another great night of women supporting eachother in their property journeys, having a bit of craic and learning from eachother. PROPERTY WOMEN… Meeting up with Charlotte who is one half of the to tour their latest flip in South East Belfast. Not only are these girls between them working full time and renovating property together, Nadia has just had her third child. There’s no stopping them!

The flip looks fabulous. They took on a project that others shied away from and have created a fantastic family home.

LABOURING…what you can’t see in this video is all the huge bits of wood we hauled out before we started breaking up glass and lifting scraps. Check out my stories for the first van load that went to the dump.

AWAY DAY…Mumma Bear and I had the most wonderful stay this weekend for my birthday. We booked for their Thai food night and also made use of the spa and sauna.

Because the Manse is just across from the beach, we were also able to make the best of the spring sunshine with a gentle stroll before relaxing in the gardens. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The owners and staff are lovely and we absolutely fell in love with their dogs (it’s dog friendly so you can even bring your pooch along if you want to). Special thanks to Sarah for making our stay so memorable. We’re already planning to book for mum’s birthday in August.

ANOTHER UNDER OFFER..A sunny day in Bangor saw us back working for a regular client with a large portfolio. We staged one property for them six weeks ago which quickly sale agreed over asking. Today we removed the staging and immediately staged the property next door which is due to go on the market in the next week.

There is already interest in the next property from potential buyers who loved the aesthetic of this house so we’re confident of another quick sale.
