Succession planning is a live issue for many Northern Ireland businesses.
Following the Chancellor’s Spring Forecast 2026, many measures announced at Budget 2025 are still due to come into force from April 2026 onwards. That keeps ownership transition planning firmly on the agenda.
Employee Ownership Ireland is bringing together a panel of experts for an adviser-focused Roadshow at The MAC, Belfast on Tuesday 24 March at 9.30am.
This session is for business owners and advisors- accountants, solicitors, financial advisers and business consultants supporting business owners with succession decisions.

Businesses across Northern Ireland are invited to take part in a short survey examining how prepared companies are for ownership succession.

Employee Ownership Ireland - EOI is engaging with business organisations across the region to build a clearer picture of how businesses are planning for the future and what support or information may be needed.

All completed entries with an email address provided will be entered into a draw for a £200 voucher for Killeavy Castle Estate.

The survey closes on Wednesday 25 March 2026.
