We have been shortlisted for the Community Impact Award at the Tyrone Business Awards 2026!

Employee Ownership Ireland is a not-for-profit organisation working to help more local businesses secure their long-term future through employee ownership.

This matters for Tyrone.

When a local business becomes employee owned, it can remain rooted in its community, protect local jobs and give employees a meaningful stake in the success they help to create.

We can already see that legacy taking shape in Omagh.

Patrick McCaul Environmental Consulting Engineers and Adman Group are both employee owned. They are showing how locally built businesses can plan for succession without losing their identity, their people or their connection to Tyrone.

That is the long-term impact we want to create across Northern Ireland.

Employee Ownership Ireland | Funded feasibility studies for businesses

Employee Ownership Ireland has expanded its Feasibility Study Panel with the addition of new advisers.

Businesses considering employee ownership as part of succession planning can access fully funded feasibility studies through the Department for the Economy.

The studies provide more than three days of specialist consultancy support, with no obligation to proceed.
The adviser panel brings expertise in:

• Employee ownership
• Business valuation and succession planning
• Tax and legal structures
• Finance and governance
