Another call out for Rats.

Causing damage to the inside of a property by chewing their way into the cavities and chewing through a water pipe.

Finished treatment for a Rat problem today. So as part of the final inspection I filled in a number of rat tunnels in the garden from where they tunneled under the path.

Don't want an easy way in any future rodents.

RATS!!!!!!!!...........

A few facts about these highly intelligent creatures.

Physical Ability: They can squeeze through gaps as small as 2cm and can tread water for up to 3 days.

Breeding: A female can have up to 5 litters a year, with 6-11 pups per litter.

Diet: As omnivores, they consume nearly anything,

Unique Traits: Their teeth grow continuously, around 4.5 to 5.5 inches per year, necessitating constant gnawing.

Rats are nocturnal creatures so seeing them out in the day like the below picture is an indication of high numbers.

Another call out regarding rats.

Upon inspection I found a number of holes including this one which is going under the garden shed.

Bait stations have been laid down in the garden and it shouldn't take long to get this problem under control.
