ce. Since its founding in 2003, Saba Consulting has worked in more than a dozen countries and territories including Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, Lao PDR, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, West Bank and Gaza

Saba Consulting provides technical assistance, analytical services, and project implementation for democracy and governance and other international development programmes worldwide, including consultancy, diagnostic review, audit, strategic advice, interim and part-time in-house management support, training, counselling, coaching and team building. Saba Consulting has carried out more than 30 projects for UNDP, DFID, USAID and the EU, and other development partners and implementers including British Council, GRM, Coffey International and State University of New York (SUNY). We work with national parliaments and local legislatures, civil society organizations, political parties, election management bodies, national and local government agencies, academic and research institutions, justice-sector bodies, donors and development partners and other stakeholders.
