I had the wonderful opportunity to spend Christmas and New Year in Thailand, a place that has truly captured my heart. While I appreciate the charm of cold, sunny walks, I find myself missing the warmth and sunshine.

As I begin 2026, I am filled with renewed focus and energy for Bloom. Supporting businesses as their business bestie has been incredibly rewarding. I take on the tasks that business owners often prefer to delegate or simply don't have time for. My goal is to help businesses work smarter, not just operationally, but also by prioritizing the right tasks at the right time to minimize time-wasting and procrastination.

For those seeking support, my monthly assistant services (remote with weekly meetings) start from £300 per month. This is a small investment for the value it can bring to your business, especially if hiring a full-time assistant isn't feasible.

We created these graphics for my lovely client but I wanted to share too as it’s such an important message and so true!

Walking into a shop where someone knows you is so lovely and makes the customer experience in my opinion, I don’t want to only walk into well known brands (I do as I shop every where!) but it’s always a different customer experience.

As you all know I’m a big fan of all small businesses and my work evolves around them. Helping them to drive more success and keep moving forward.

Loving working with Beccy on rebuilding her business from the ground up and setting it up for success

She is a fabulous make up artist so do check her out!

So far we have been scoping out her business mission, her brand values and USPs. Plus a deep dive into who her audience is.

Friday we spent re viewing and re planning her service strategy and price points so it is consistent and coherent going forward.

Coming soon is a social media strategy and building a new website!

Lots going on! I’m not just doing it all for her but driving her to think deep and ensure she is building the business she wants. It’s a brilliant collaboration so far and excited to see where she goes ❤️

Lovely first meeting with Joana today from We are working together to rebuild her website and improve the customer journey, quicker journey to desired destination = more conversions!

This is my fifth website re build or build from scratch in 3 months!

Im a Shopify partner and will always be waxlyrical about them as the best platform for e-commerce businesses, but am also now working closely with Squarespace too and am a gold level partner over there and love their platform for more service based businesses such as restaurants, coaches, or beauty!

This will be me this Saturday! I’m doing a skydive in support of the charity! My youngest daughter was diagnosed with this heart condition at 5 months old, she is doing great but will require check ups for life.

So excited tonight that I have been partnered with and for this years Dragon’s Apprentices! (Young enterprise in my day!)

The team are brimming with ideas how to turn £100 into £1000 or more! Their excitement is infectious and as their dragon I’m so excited to mentor them and guide them on their first business journey ♥️

Looking forward to working with Charlotte from Dens fundraising team- feeling we are a great fit to guide this team forward!

This is a throw back to June where I have had the privilege of being part of the prize for the dragons den initiative! Where a number of small businesses are chosen to receive a grant from an interview process where they then present to the dragons!

I was not a dragon but donated 90 min strategy sessions for every winner with me - with the focus being what they would like depending on where there were at with their business journey!

I’ve had the best couple months meeting a number of the winners

I was so excited last week for the beginnings in September! I adore this time of year and the sense of Autumn coming in the air 🍁

Slight set back as had very minor prodecdure yesterday that knocked me for longer than I had expected (so here’s me with my feet up) so had day off today too but raring to go again tomorrow! Putting my health and well being as priority so I can deliver for those around me!

I’ve been on a self discovery journey the last few months putting new healthier practises in place for myself and excited to keep going!

New clients, healthier me, excitement for Q4 - let’s do this 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
