The Hidden Cost of Doing Everything Yourself

Answering emails.
Posting on social media.
Pricing.
Marketing.
Bookkeeping.
Admin.
Customer issues.
Planning.

It’s exhausting.

The truth is, most small business owners didn’t start a business because they love admin.

Every hour spent on tasks you hate is an hour you’re not growing your business.

Imagine having someone who could help take those jobs off your plate.

That’s where business support changes everything.

What is Business Support?

Everyone talks about business coaching.

But what if you need more than advice?

Business support is having someone beside you who helps you think clearly, solve problems, keep you accountable and actually gets things done.

Some weeks we plan.
Some weeks we troubleshoot.
Some weeks we tackle the jobs you’ve been avoiding.

Every business owner needs someone in their corner.

That’s exactly what I do.

I had the wonderful opportunity to spend Christmas and New Year in Thailand, a place that has truly captured my heart. While I appreciate the charm of cold, sunny walks, I find myself missing the warmth and sunshine.

As I begin 2026, I am filled with renewed focus and energy for Bloom. Supporting businesses as their business bestie has been incredibly rewarding. I take on the tasks that business owners often prefer to delegate or simply don't have time for. My goal is to help businesses work smarter, not just operationally, but also by prioritizing the right tasks at the right time to minimize time-wasting and procrastination.

For those seeking support, my monthly assistant services (remote with weekly meetings) start from £300 per month. This is a small investment for the value it can bring to your business, especially if hiring a full-time assistant isn't feasible.

While I specialize in retail and e-commerce, I am equipped to support any business with my services.

Wishing everyone a happy and prosperous new year!

We created these graphics for my lovely client but I wanted to share too as it’s such an important message and so true!

Walking into a shop where someone knows you is so lovely and makes the customer experience in my opinion, I don’t want to only walk into well known brands (I do as I shop every where!) but it’s always a different customer experience.

As you all know I’m a big fan of all small businesses and my work evolves around them. Helping them to drive more success and keep moving forward.

Please keep supporting all the small businesses you know as they make such a difference that sometimes we just take for granted

Loving working with Beccy on rebuilding her business from the ground up and setting it up for success

She is a fabulous make up artist so do check her out!

So far we have been scoping out her business mission, her brand values and USPs. Plus a deep dive into who her audience is.

Friday we spent re viewing and re planning her service strategy and price points so it is consistent and coherent going forward.

Coming soon is a social media strategy and building a new website!

Lots going on! I’m not just doing it all for her but driving her to think deep and ensure she is building the business she wants. It’s a brilliant collaboration so far and excited to see where she goes ❤️

This is my fifth website re build or build from scratch in 3 months!

Reach out if you’d like to work with me or even just have me cast my eyes over your website and I’ll give you a plan of what needs changing to improve your customer journey all for just £150!

If you can support I’d appreciate it!

Wish me luck 🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈🙈
