We’re looking for an experienced Paver Crew Foreman to lead our on site paving crew across a range of commercial and residential projects.
If you’re a hands on leader who knows how to get the job done safely, efficiently and to a high standard, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing
• Leading a paving crew day to day
• Coordinating plant, materials & labour
• Ensuring top quality finishes on every job
• Managing site safety & toolbox talks
• Working closely with Site Managers & Engineers

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in asphalt or tarmac
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• CSCS essential (SSSTS/NPORS/CPCS/Street Works desirable)
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, motivated, and safety focused

This year we are sponsoring dynastyreignallstars, they are in their 11th season of coaching athletes to perform at the highest level and bring home podium finishes.

Last weekend they had their first competition of the season at ICC Southerns and they smashed it. From multiple Zero Hits to podium finishes, every athlete showed incredible dedication and talent. 🏅🩷

A huge well done to all the teams! We couldn’t be prouder to support such a hardworking and inspiring programme.
