We're looking for a Lift Technician to join White Lift Services, part of Compli, in a role that rewards real technical depth.

It's field-based and varied - advanced fault-finding, complex repairs across drives, PCBs, and control systems, and support on modernisation and installation projects - with plenty of scope to mentor engineers earlier in their careers.

If you've got significant experience across lift makes and models, ideally an NVQ Level 4 in Lift Engineering (or the equivalent NVQ Level 3 track record), and enjoy passing knowledge on as much as applying it, this is worth a look.

By Your Side is the promise we make to our customers. This World Mental Health Day, we wanted to turn it towards each other.

We asked colleagues across Complii to tell us about someone who’s been there for them. We got stories of a Post-it note left at exactly the right moment, a voice note on a day off, workloads quietly adjusted, walks around the block, and more than one terrible dad joke.

None of these were big gestures, but every one of them made a difference.
