Another planning appeal allowed, this time for a parking space outside the applicant's house. Refused by the planning officer on highway grounds that it was too close to a road. The inspector agreed with our case put forward. Congratulations to the applicant

Outline approval granted for a new dwelling. Close vote at plans committee with 5 to 4 in favour to approve. After a real emotional roller coaster we got there. So pleased for the applicant who is already progressing to the next stage with detailed drawings.
