Another planning appeal allowed, this time for a timber building in a woodland. This is for the applicant to use it in conjunction with the woodland management as a business. The inspector recognised this as a business rather than a hobby business implied by the planning officer. A difficult application to prove but thanks to the applicant's business plan and my supporting statement we were successful.

Outline planning permission granted for upto 5 new dwellings in Torrington, this has been a long process but ended in success. Thanks to JR Planning Architecture Architecture for the plans and Andrew O'Brien for the unilateral undertaking. Congratulations to the applicant

Another planning appeal allowed, this time for a parking space outside the applicant's house. Refused by the planning officer on highway grounds that it was too close to a road. The inspector agreed with our case put forward. Congratulations to the applicant
