I was so impressed with the way how New York city reclaims old industrial areas that I wrote a couple of notes about it. Here it is:

(Down Under the Manhattan Bridge Overpass) has been transformed into a trendy neighbourhood

views. The conversion of warehouses into loft apartments and office spaces has
created a unique urban environment that retains its historic charm while
offering modern amenities.
Long Island City, Queens:
Long Island City has undergone a dramatic
transformation from an industrial hub to a residential and cultural hotspot.
The development of high-rise apartments, parks, and cultural institutions has
attracted a diverse population, contributing to the area’s economic and social
revitalization.
Benefits of Reclamation
Sustainable Development:
Reclaiming and repurposing existing
