My dad is 99 in Kenwith care village in Abbotsham. Did visits every Thursday afternoon. Peter really enjoys his companionship.

Another busy week here at Sid's Home Help, a run down of the services we've provided.....
* Regular cleaning slots carried out by our fabulous team of cleaners.
* Taking a client who's lonely out for a coffee
* Companionship visits, including visiting two regular clients in nursing homes
* Taking a lovely elderly lady shopping
* And a few odd jobs, including putting up blinds, curtain poles, mirrors, pictures etc.

A really busy week with companionship visits, taking clients shopping etc. We took the unusual step of working last week...

A really busy week with companionship visits, taking clients shopping etc. We took the unusual step of working last weekend assisting NDDH to ensure patients being discharged could return home safely.
Ended the week with an afternoon of putting up curtain poles and mirrors...and a nice little review ( always appreciated )

A great week with regular and new clients....including my first companionship visit with a 99 year old gentleman who's moved into a nursing home. What an amazing character, I'm looking forward to getting to know him better.

Another busy week with two new companionship visit clients taken on, including an amazing 99 year old gentleman.
Companionship visits aren't all about taking someone out for coffee or a chat, this week I've helped one client who finds certain tasks some people take for granted in arranging a removal firm quoting for a possible house move.
I've also succeeded in securing a refund of £2,000 paid council tax for a client who was diagnosed with dementia who shouldn't have been paying it.
Ended the week working with NDDH in getting two properties ready for patient discharge to home.

Another busy week....along with regular companionship visits and home help I've been supporting a client who finds paperwork difficult with organising direct debits with utility companies making things easier for him.
3 new cleaning clients on board.
Ended the week with a day of odd jobs....
