Reuse!! You can reuse greaseproof paper before throwing it away. This works especially well when cooking singular items such as cookies, as the old crumbs won’t contaminate the new mix 🍪. It doesn’t work as well with cakes as crumbs from the previous bake can be stuck on the paper.
