Terms and Conditions included in this document outline the responsibilities and rights of any person(s) connected to the following Agreement. Gleaming Gabby’s have the right for amendment at any point without any notification.
1. Introducti

Before committing to being a Customer with Gleaming Gabby’s please read and fully understand each point, ensuring you are happy with it.
2. Confirmation and Bookings
2.1 Cleaners may need to update or amend quotes and charges appropriately in line with any additional work undertaken due to extra hours or supplies.
2.2 Right of entry: Please make sure that your property is made available for entry or we will need to charge a partial amount of the cost to cover losses incurred. (Usually 50%)
2.3 When your booking has been made, please note that the time given is approximate due to circumstances such as traffic, weather etc. When able to we will always send a text or call you to let you know.
2.4 It is the clients responsibility to ensure there is parking for the cleaner, if parking costs apply this will have to be included in your final invoice.
3. Charges and Fees:
3.1 We ask our customers to pay their fees with cash or bank transfer on completion of the clean.
3.2 Late payment charges will be applied at £2 each day the payment is not made after the first 24 hours following completion.
3.3We base our charges on minimum rates for the appropriate line of work undertaken. All quotes will be submitted before work is completed and any additional hours will be discussed.
4. Re-schedule and Cancellation of Appointments:
4.1 Customers cancelling reservations made with us are required to provide 24 hours prior notice. If done after this we will have to charge 50% of the total bill to recover loss of earnings. Facilities:
5.1 In order for us to comply with health and Safety, all customers are required to provide the provision of warm water & lighting for cleaners to carry out their work.
5.2 Sub-contracting is our right (if we choose it) throughout the Service. We will always notify you as a client and all cleaners will be vetted, trained and checked.
6. Accountability: We will not take responsibility for the following:
(a) pre-existing impairment or damages not caused by us, which we are not able to remove or improve. (b) If there are no felt pads on the base of furniture we will not be responsible for any harm to any wooden flooring, linoleum or carpets if you have requested that furniture be moved and cleaned underneath. (c) third party interruption disrupting the Services such as other services being undertaken, power cuts or loss of water. Gleaming Gabby’s always strive to provide the best service to all of our customers, however, in the case that a problem may occur, any grievance must be reported within 48 hours of the clean to have it considered.
