Our friends at Solas Mind are offering twelve one-to-one coaching sessions across three months for ten Deaf, Disabled or Neurodivergent freelancer working in high-end TV, giving people the tools to adapt to change, problem solve, manage difficult situations or people and progress their career.

Funded by the ScreenSkills High End-TV Fund, participants choose their own coach from the Solas Mind team, which includes specialists in neurodivergence and counsellors who work in British Sign Language, with sessions delivered online and booked around production hours. Everyone taking part also has twelve months' access to the Solas Support app and wellbeing hub.

🧑‍🎓 Open to applicants with 2 credits in HETV

✨ Annual access to the Solas Support App and Wellbeing Platform

For Costume professionals with 5+ years' experience, including Costume Standbys, Costume Assistants, Assistant Costume Designers, Costume Coordinators, Crowd Costume Supervisors and Truck Supervisors, as well as those who have recently stepped up to Costume Supervisor.

This practical training covers the logistical, financial, leadership and production-facing responsibilities of the Costume Supervisor role.
