Got new and project based fund opportunity

1. Client could be banks or private sector companies
2. They need to locked up in their own account by depositing 20% of their required volume in agreement with lender bank as collateral
3. Client has to appoint our company as non-exec non voting non share holder director
4. Client will be charged monthly basis for that non exec director
5. Fund will be arranged for 12 years and with 3 years grace period
6. Interest rate 2% to 3% annual
7. 8% arrange cost will be taken off from total amount by lender bank
