This is a work for home position.
Pure Talent UK connects small call centre companies to people like you, so you can work in the comfort of your own home for large corporate clients such as E-On, British Gas, NPower, United Utilities, Scottish power and more.
We provide you with the clients, you provide the service. YOU have the power to choose the hours you work for this opportunity, the volume of calls will be between 9 am and 12 noon or between 3 pm and 8 pm.
Our campaigns for E-On, British Gas, NPower, United Utilities and Scottish power are mostly in connection to contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
Answering questions about products or the company and asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.

Agents considering the opportunity must have the ability to effectively and concurrently navigate multiple applications, whilst dealing with a customer call, and can adhere to a strict regulatory compliance regime.
The ability to use effective questions and listening skills to understanding and determine the customer’s needs.
Ability to show empathy and the ability to remain calm when under pressure.
