Approximately 1/3 of which we are asleep, if you sleep 8 hours a day.
Leaving us 112 in a week which a lot!
So where does the 112 hours go in your week? Do you ever get to the end of the day and thinking “what have I done today?”
Time tracking is a great way to find out what you have done. Tracking your time for the week will help you work out how you spent your time, then any potential ways to improve your time management.
