Today was a follow up call of an 150L service on New Ink Printings HP Latex 800w.

George visited last week to install a new Curing Fan Heater and noticed during testing that it was due a a 150L service which is Cleaning the Curing Module and Heaters, because of the time George couldn't of carried out the work there and then so we advised to book it in asap and we were there this morning waiting for the first person to arrive.

After the service was carried out we did some tests and inspected the print quality, leaving the customer satisfied and printing!

Great to pop in and see one of our longstanding customers, whose office and print equipment we’ve supported and maintained for many years.

During this visit, I introduced them to the HP Planet Partners recycling scheme for their used HP toner cartridges, ink cartridges and printheads. They welcomed it with open arms—a positive step on their sustainability journey. ♻️

Their recycling box now sits beside one of their printers, ready to collect used supplies.

At 1st Call 4 Service, supporting our customers goes beyond keeping their printers running. It’s also about sharing ideas that help them get more from their equipment and reduce waste.

What a week! After a busy few days at The Print Show, talking all things HP Latex Printers. Awards Night and following up on some great 630, 730, 830 Latex leads, it was time to switch off and enjoy a round of golf at Atherstone Golf Club. It was the first week of the winter league and a bit of a grudge match against some close friends — and after 18 holes, there was nothing to separate us… a draw! We had a 7:40 am tee time, starting from the 17th, and what a view to begin the day. Looking out across four counties — Staffordshire, Warwickshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire — it was certainly worth getting up early for. A great morning, good company, plenty of banter and a beautiful course. You can't ask for much more than that!

What a fantastic night at The Print Industry Awards! 🎉

It was a very proud moment to see our business name appear on the big screens as we were announced as finalists for “Best Service.” 🏆

A huge thank you to everyone who took the time to vote for us and recognise the high level of service we work hard to provide. As a small family business, seeing our name alongside some of the larger businesses in the industry was a fantastic achievement in itself.

Although we didn’t take home the award this time, being shortlisted and sharing the evening with so many wonderful people made it a night to remember.

A special thank you to our friends on the HP table for sharing such a brilliant evening with us. 🥂

We’re incredibly proud of our team and everything we continue to achieve as a family business. Here’s to the next one! 🙌
