Well, sadly this is not my kitchen. I wish it was.⁠
Love the artwork. It just complements the colour scheme and style.⁠
Even though not visible, this piece of art is suspended from a picture hanging system. The Shadowline by Artiteq is a ceiling integrated hanging system which can be installed in new build and during refurbishment projects. I think it's fab.⁠

Is this a real bathroom or a display in an art gallery?⁠

Either way it wouldn't be the same without the wall decor.⁠
The hanging system is barely noticeable as the white primer version of the picture rail was chosen which has been painted in the same colour as the wall. In combination with perlon hanging cords the artwork hangs safely whilst still giving all attention to the paintings and pictures.⁠

Office Therapy

Some days at the office can be stressfull. Creating a relaxation zone helps to relieve stress. We've decided to hang up a dartboard and throw some darts during break times. To protect the wall we've built a dartboard surround using chipboard and attached cork tiles to it. The picture rail was already in place, so we've re-purposed Artiteq's Whiteboard Hanging Set and used it to hang the dartboard. Quite pleased with how it turned out.

Behind the scenes at Artiteq

Artiteq invited us to take a tour around their production facilities and we were most pleasantly surprised to see it in full action. Artiteq has been working closely with the Diamant group for more than 20 years and in this way they support persons with disabilities by providing jobs tailored to their needs and make them feel part of society.

Working with the Diamant group means choosing corporate social responsibility. Artiteq has its own space within the Diamant group with a permanent group of employees who are busy assembling their picture hanging systems here every day. Accuracy and quality are maintained by controlled procedures and several quality checks throughout the day.
