🌟 SELF DEVELOPMENT 🌟

I have done a lot of work on myself over the last six or seven years and I really believe that it's one of the reasons I've not had a breakdown over the last twelve months. As even having two of these things going on at the same time can be enough to send people over the edge.

I am sure there are so many people out there who want to do work on themselves or know there are things they would like to address, but don't know where to start or how to access this.

I am going to be hosting a two-day retreat on the 24th and 25th November in Birmingham with facilitators.

It will be providing some of these benefits.
