Great to work with Bluecastle Capital in securing a fantastic meanwhile use at the former M&S building on Birmingham High Street.

Well Home have breathed new life into this iconic building while Bluecastle progresses its longer-term redevelopment plans. ✅

Seeing a landmark building come back to life is always rewarding, and this one feels particularly special - with so many local connections to M&S, it’s wonderful to see the store remain an active part of the city centre. 🙌
