Elec Services and Maintenance Ltd are looking for a full time administration assistant to help with the smooth running of day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be curious about our business practices and processes, have a professional telephone manner and be proficient with standard software packages used within an office environment.
Elec Services and maintenance Ltd is an Electrical Contractor providing reactive, planned and minor works projects all around the Midlands. We have a varied portfolio of works within the education, commercial, industrial and public sectors. We like our staff to have a ‘can do’ approach and are willing to dig in to help with varied jobs.

Administration Assistant Job Description
This role involves general administrative support supporting our management team and site operatives throughout the various aspects of our business with opportunities for specialisation and progression within the company.
The successful candidate will need to possess a confident, friendly manner and strong interpersonal skills coupled with clear communication skills in both verbal and written mediums.
The job is 37.5hrs a week starting at 08.30 – 16.00
The requirements and duties of the role are as follows
Answer and Direct phone calls.
Someone with experience of working in a maintenance environment would be desirable but not essential.

Engineer Diary Management
Liaise with Customers hi
Act as a point of Contact for Clients
Be proficient in the use of standard office Software Packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
Input purchase invoices into accounts system
Job Administration and organisation of engineer jobsheets
Able to manage own workload
