💼 Sunday Finish for a Fantastic Customer!

Sunday finishes are rare for us, but we were really pleased to get this one wrapped up today.

Despite a few weather delays and a couple of delivery mix‑ups on our side, this customer has been nothing but patient, hospitable, and genuinely brilliant to work with. It’s been an absolute pleasure from start to finish. 🙌

We’ve got more plans in the pipeline for future works — but for now, we’re happy to leave them enjoying the results of today’s efforts. 🌿✨

🌱✨Artificial Grass Rescue & Re‑Install Completed 😎🙌

Never did I imagine I’d be asked to fix someone else’s work, but here we are…

This customer reached out to us after seeing our work and reviews across multiple platforms 👍💬They’d previously used a regular garden maintenance company who attempted an artificial grass install — but unfortunately, it wasn’t done correctly.

When I arrived to assess the job, I found:

❌ Not enough depth dug out

❌ No wacker plate used to compact any Type 1

❌ Sharp sand used instead of granite dust

❌ Wooden borders screwed or even stapled down

❌ Screws sticking through the grass (dangerous with kids around)

❌ Uneven base and edges of the grass badly butchered

To put it right, we had to:

🔧 Remove all the grass

🪵 Take out every bit of wood — including random pieces hidden underneath

🏗️ Remove all the sand

💪 Compact the ground properly

🛡️ Install a membrane

🪨 Add fresh hardcore and granite dust

📏 Re‑lay the original grass with precision

📌 Secure it correctly using 90 pins for a safe, solid finish

The result? A clean, safe, professional installation and one very happy customer 😄🌿

It’s been a busy couple of days, but the results speak for themselves. Another full set of fences installed — back, side and front — all finished to a clean, strong, professional standard 💪🌿

As always, we uncovered a few concrete “surprises” from previous fencing… but nothing we couldn’t handle. Challenges accepted, solved, and left looking spot‑on ✔️

Nice job completed today for a customer who wanted everything running exactly as it should.

All gutters fully cleared using the vacuum system — no mess, no ladders, just a proper deep clean to keep the property protected.

💦🔧 Jet Washing
Three manhole covers and surrounding areas jet washed back to a clean, safe finish.

All three manholes flow‑tested with water running clear and free at the time of inspection.

🔧📹 Plug‑and‑Play CCTV Installed!

Another CCTV system installed for a customer who chose a plug‑and‑play kit to help keep costs down — and we were more than happy to install it for them 👍

Before starting, we went through all available options, including cable routes, camera positions, and alternative installation methods. Due to the system using pre‑made, fixed‑length cables, there were limited ways to hide the cabling without major alterations.

The final setup was agreed with the customer and fully signed off ✔️

Here’s why some cables remain visible:

• 📍 DVR location restricted the routing options
• 🧱 Tenant rules limited what could and couldn’t be altered
• 🔌 Pre‑terminated cables can’t be shortened or re‑made

Even with those limitations, the system is installed for maximum coverage, reliability, and peace of mind 🔒✨
