Unfortunately we did not manage to raise enough funds to launch our kettle. Currently we are working on identifying other ways to potentially raise the funds we need. The feedback we have had suggests there would be a strong demand for a british made kettle, but we have yet to find the backers to help us bring it to market.

We're starting to get some interest in our fundraising on https://igg.me/at/bdac/x/31111047 #/ but ideally we need 500 or more people to back us. Surely there are that many people out there who want to see electric kettles manufactured in the UK again?!

We moved our fundraising to IndieGoGo because the Angel Investors Network seemed to attract more people who were looking for jobs than wanted to invest in manufacturing an electric kettle in the UK!

We have restricted the amount we are looking for to just enough to fully engineer the design to be ready for production.

We've spent the last few months attempting to raise the funds we need to start the production and marketing of our kettle.

Regrettably we have not yet managed to do this. We had hoped to attract a number of small investors who were excited by our project, but it is has not proven easy to do this.

Our pitch is currently listed on Angel Investment Network https://www.angelinvestmentnetwork.co.uk/ where you can register and view it.

Investments can start from £100, and we only need 250+ people willing to invest £1,000 each and we're sure you're out there.
