Service Incident Inbound and Outbound Call failure.

BT have confirmed that the ongoing issue with calls to and from mobile networks (impact seems predominantly to be with O2 and EE) has absolute priority and they are working with the operators concerned to resolve. Our engineering teams will continue to work with BT throughout the incident, to ensure we understand any steps we can take to mitigate the impact on our customers. There is an active dialogue at the most senior escalation levels to assure everything is done to restore service as soon as possible.
We will provide another update before 8am tomorrow morning.
