Bismillah aslamualaykum praying you are all well and in good health. Alhumdullilah by the grace of Allah (swt) me and my brother have been granted the opportunity to volunteer for International Aid Charity on the ground in the Turkish/Syrian border.

My brothers will be travelling out over the holiday season at our own expense to be part of team IAC UK. We will pack and deliver aid to refugees,orphans and widows who have been affected and displaced by the Turkey earthquakes and Syria civil war.

With all the price rises and stockpiling, it is time to show some compassion to those in our community who are suffering from coeliacs. Considering what we are all going through - people who are suffering from coeliacs are probably not on many people’s radar. Please share this post and we will try and distribute to anyone in the BLACKBURN area.

Just watching to find Richard walker from explain why they still have some products that contain palm oil. His response was spot on - they have highlighted a case which many were not aware of, and yet the same company gets penalised for missing a deadline. The fact that no one spoke to him or his company before hand to ask why they had missed the deadline and why some products were still being sold goes towards being biased.
We as a company have gone palm oil free from this year as a direct result of the advert by - just to state that we do not supply to Iceland - and thank you to Iceland for not penalising supplier for missing the deadline. I am sure a lot of small companies supply to supermarkets and it’s a shame that the media decides to act like a vigilante mob on a company that is trying to be ethical!

A huge thank you to for bringing about amazing topics, and one which is very close to our 💕 Recently soo many cases have come about in regards to Auto immune disorders. We must realise that people don’t have a choice in becoming gluten free/dairy free or nut free. The body is unable to cope with certain foods.
So next time someone refuses to eat something because of a problem...try LISTENING!!!
A Big thank you once agin to for giving us a few minutes (which was a spur of the moment decision to call up) because we are soo passionate about this subject.
