Call Connect are a small team who are passionate about customer service. As we all work from home, we do not have the same “call centre” background noise with the added benefit that we can hear your caller, but your caller can also hear us. All callers will be treated as people, with empathy, with compassion and we will always use our initiative where required.

I can't believe it's been a week already since Vic and I jumped out of a perfectly good aeroplane! 🪂

We'd like to say a massive thank you to everyone who sponsored us for last Saturday's skydive in support of Medical Detection Dogs.

Together, Vic and I raised an incredible £760, and as part of the wider skydive team, an amazing £50,401 has been raised for this wonderful charity. We are absolutely blown away by everyone's generosity and support.

Every donation helps Medical Detection Dogs continue their life-changing work, and we couldn't have done it without you.

🪂 The countdown is officially on... 🪂

In less than two weeks, Vic and I will be taking on one of the biggest challenges we've ever faced – a charity skydive in support of Medical Detection Dogs. 💙🐶

Now, anyone who knows me will know that voluntarily jumping out of a perfectly good aeroplane has never been on my bucket list... but here we are! 😂

We're incredibly proud to be supporting such an amazing charity, whose dogs help change and save lives every single day, and we'd be so grateful for any support you can give.

So… Vic has somehow convinced me to sign up for a charity skydive on Saturday 25th July with one of our lovely clients, Ashgrove Health … still not entirely sure how that happened 😅

We’re doing it in support of Medical Detection Dogs 🐾 — a charity that does incredible work and is very close to their hearts (and let’s be honest… anything involving dogs has me saying yes!)
