Solar Sales & Customer Coordinator
£28,000 + Uncapped Commission

West Coast Electrical & Renewables is growing and we’re looking for someone to join us at our office in Bispham, Blackpool.
This is a new role working closely alongside our sales director helping manage the sales and customer side of the business.
We’re looking for someone who is confident speaking to customers, well organised, good at following things up and has a bit of a sales mindset about them.
The role will involve contacting customers who enquire with us about solar and battery storage, nurturing those enquiries, booking appointments, following up quotations and helping prepare system designs and proposals.
You’ll also help keep everything organised once a customer decides to go ahead – dealing with paperwork, keeping customers updated, following up after installations and making sure outstanding payments are dealt with.
There’s no cold calling involved. The majority of the people you’ll be speaking to have already contacted us because they’re interested in solar or battery storage.
You don’t need previous solar experience. We can teach you the technical side of the job, however someone with experience would have an advantage.
Finding the right person is important. We want someone who is good with people, comfortable picking up the phone, organised, proactive and wants to progress.
Over time, we’d like this person to learn more of the sales side of the business and eventually be capable of designing, quoting and closing their own customers.
The package:
£28,000 basic salary
Uncapped commission
£50,000+ OTE at our target installation volumes
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Working from our office in Bispham
Full training provided
