✨ MY BEFORE & AFTER ✨

These are my before and after pictures, and I honestly still can’t believe how far I’ve come! ❤️

I had joined Slimming World many times before. I would lose a few stone, but I never continued with the healthy lifestyle and eventually the weight would always come back on.

But not this time! 💪❤️

This time I changed my mindset, stuck with it and made healthy eating part of my lifestyle.

I’ve lost an amazing 6.5 stone altogether! 🥳

I reached my original target of 5.5 stone, but I didn’t stop there. I went on to lose another stone and have maintained my weight ever since.

I can honestly say I feel amazing! 🥰

I haven’t been this weight in over 28 years. People tell me all the time that I look younger, how healthy I look and how far I’ve come — and I can genuinely feel the admiration from people around me.

But do you know what makes me most proud?

I didn’t give up on myself this time. ❤️

So if you’re sitting there thinking “I could never do that”…

YES YOU CAN!

If I can do it, you most definitely can too! 💪🥰

Hi everyone, I’m Sue 👋❤️

I’ve been a Slimming World Consultant for just 6 months, but my own journey started long before that.

I lost 5½ stone as a member, then became a Consultant and went on to lose another 1 stone — that’s an amazing 6½ stone altogether! 🥳🙌

✨ What a month we’ve had in group! ✨

We’ve laughed together, supported one another, celebrated some incredible achievements, and made memories along the way. ❤️

🏃‍♀️ Race for Life
A huge congratulations to Linda Cardwell, nico and Victoria Sharp, who all took part in Race for Life. None of them had ever run before, so this was an amazing achievement. You should all be so proud of yourselves! 💖

💎 Diamond Target Members
A massive well done to Jayne Rice, Nicola Dowling Lynda Felton and Emma Rignall, who were all voted Diamond Target Members by their fellow group members. These amazing ladies have stayed at target for over 12 months, showing true commitment and inspiring everyone around them. 🌟

⚖️ Our group has lost an incredible 282lb this month!
That’s 282lb gone forever… what an absolutely fantastic achievement! 👏🎉

Race for life was a blast 🥰

Never in a million years did I think I’d walk a 5K, and now I’m running one — all thanks to this amazing lot. 💙

I’m so proud of every single one of you: first for turning up in the awful weather, and second for refusing to give up.

Watching each of you cross that finish line was truly inspirational. Thank you for the encouragement, the laughs, and the support every step of the way. Bring on the 5K! 🏃‍♀️✨
