Well I only went and did it, finally got my 6 stone award, waited so long for this, have been on the fence watching my members lose weight and not looked after myself🥰

Well this week I did and achieved so much more, 100 % food optimised, 3 HE, counted my SWIPS and never went hungry, I had forgotten how well SW works 🍑🍓🍎🍒

Whoever said Slimming World wasn’t a man’s world was definitely wrong!

I have 12 men in my groups, all quite happy to sit down with a brew, have a good chat about food, and share how their week has been.

I’m incredibly proud of all the men in my group, but I couldn’t be more delighted to hand out these awards this week.

A massive thank you to my Slimming World members across two group, who together have slimmed out of an incredible 128 bags of clothes, that’s a whopping £3200— all donated to the Big Clothes Throw with Slimming World.

Every single bag has gone to a brilliant cause, helping families who have been touched by cancer.
