We have recently seen an increase in antisocial behaviour from groups of children in and around our shop.

While we understand young people enjoy spending time together, our store is not a playground. Running around, shouting, playing games in the aisles, interfering with products, and being disrespectful towards staff or other customers is unacceptable.

We want to provide a safe, welcoming environment for everyone, including elderly customers, families, and those who simply wish to shop in peace.

Parents and carers, we kindly ask that you speak to your children about behaving respectfully when visiting local businesses. Anyone causing disruption may be asked to leave, and persistent incidents may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Thank you to the vast majority of our younger customers who behave respectfully, and to all of our customers for your continued support and understanding.
