We held the final WINS conference at The University of Portsmouth. 14 NGB's were present to share the outcomes of the 3 year project, funded by the EU and managed by EOSE.

We shared the research, compendium of good practice and tool kit to help NGB's navigate this vital part of their officiating workforce.

Today, we're throwing it back to a proud moment when Janie and Julia had the incredible honour of being a part of the first Train the Trainer Course for European Athletics in Poland 2022! 🎉

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the joint collaboration between World Athletics, European Athletics, and the North American, Central American, and Caribbean Athletic Association (NACAC). Together, they made this unforgettable experience possible.

During this remarkable workshop, 19 inspiring women from 19 different countries came together to participate in a blended learning approach. This comprehensive program involved e-learning modules, interactive webinars, and the workshop itself.

Exciting news! Janie and Stephanie had an incredible time at the RA Summer Exhibition event hosted by Teneo at The Royal Academy of Arts, Burlington House, Piccadilly.

They were both thrilled to be a part of this prestigious gathering, engaging with professionals from diverse and distinct backgrounds.

The event was an amazing opportunity to connect, network, and exchange ideas on how to build more diverse and inclusive teams and equip leaders with the tools necessary to be impactful.
