The CIPD’s 2025 Health and Wellbeing at Work report showed that UK employees average 9.4 sick days per year, highlighting that management capability, wellbeing and performance is increasingly important.
Reflective practice won't solve workplace wellbeing challenges on its own, but managers who regularly reflect are more likely to consider how their behaviour, decisions and communication affect the people around them.
