Thank you Jayaraja and Alfoxton Park for inviting me again to run a Family Constellations weekend workshop at your beautiful venue. I love being with you, the community, the land, and the vision for this retreat centre.

Currently it is a building project and they really need money to keep the lights on, let alone put a new roof on the main house.

Ready to Rest online this afternoon Monday 11 March come for a guided and much-needed rest. I will lead you in a 20 minute lie-down in the position of maximum rest for your spine, helping with pain and improved posture. I'll share the best set up for Constructive Rest, offer you adjustments and alternatives to your needs, and a chance to have your questions answered at the end.

I will send everyone who registers the audio recording for your continued use and enjoyment. Low flexible cost, choose your donation level. Use this recording for your best practice ongoingly.

If you suffer from repetitive strain injury or carpal tunnel syndrome. You have a backache or stiff neck and shoulders. You become uncomfortable when sitting at a desk or standing in a queue - then this might be for you.

Next week is the first Famiky Constellation workshop of the year in person in Hillsborough.

It’s a wonderful way to experience the work as it makes visible the links and connections between our struggles and our family ties and past experiences.

We can see how our childhood experiences and parents life experiences shape us like the wind shapes a tree in the landscape.

There are just a handful of tickets left. I hope to see you there as we explore one persons issue in depth, we touch on our own unprocessed material and find that we are not alone, that we make sense and that love and healing is possible.

At the last face to face meeting earlier this month the chapter pulled together to donate bags of items for the RSPCA Chesterfield and North Derbyshire Charity Shop.
