This is a question we hear all the time, and while Wi‑Fi sounds like the obvious choice, it’s rarely the best option for a busy office.

A wired connection gives you faster data transfer, fewer interruptions and far better security, especially when you’re dealing with large print or scan jobs. Most offices already have the cabling in place, so it’s usually the smarter, more stable setup.

And don’t worry, your team can still print wirelessly from laptops, tablets and phones. The machine doesn’t need to be on Wi‑Fi for that to work.
