If you live pay rent to a private landlord and receive Housing Benefit, from January 2012 some people under the age of 35 will have their Housing Benefit payments reduced.

A dedicated Mobile Advice Centre will be available on 19th and 20th December at the side of Asda, Brackley Street, Farnworth, BL4 9DT. We have trained advisors who can advise you on options that may be available should your payments reduce.

The Help with Rent website is intended to help Housing Benefit tenants who rent from private landlords, cope with the changes to the benefit rules that apply from April 2011

Do you live in Bolton or specifically Farnworth Neighbourhood? Why not join our Christmas Treasure Hunt! 26 Red letters have been placed around Farnworth town centre.
