137 out of 145. Another strong SIA ACS assessment for The ExcluSec Group. 👏
We're incredibly pleased to share the results of our latest SIA Approved Contractor Scheme (ACS) reverification assessment.
Following a comprehensive assessment across our Security Guarding, Door Supervision, Key Holding and Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) operations, The ExcluSec Group achieved a verified score of:
⭐ 137 out of a possible 145
That's just 8 points away from the maximum available score, with:
✅ 0 Improvement Needs
✅ 0 Special Instructions
✅ Full marks for Customer Relationship Management
✅ Full marks for Resource Management
✅ Full marks for People
✅ Full marks for Leadership
This year's assessment means a little more to us.
The last 12 months have seen one of the biggest periods of change in ExcluSec's history, including a change in ownership and leadership following the management buyout in July 2025.
Whenever a business goes through that level of change, there's always a question of whether standards will be maintained.
I think this result answers that pretty clearly.
Not only have we maintained the standards expected of an SIA Approved Contractor, we've continued to build on them.
The assessment involved visits to multiple client sites, discussions with our customers and employees, observation of our frontline teams and a detailed review of our systems, processes and management arrangements.
The feedback around our people was particularly pleasing. The assessment recognised the engagement and attitude of our employees, their understanding of their roles and responsibilities, and the professionalism demonstrated across the business.
That's something no management team can manufacture for an audit. It comes from the people delivering the service every single day.
There are still areas where we can improve. There always will be, and that's exactly how we want it. We'll take the opportunities identified within the assessment and use them to keep moving the business forward.
But for now, 137/145 is something our entire team should be incredibly proud of.
