Happy 3rd Booversary, Julia! 🎉

Three years ago, we somehow convinced Julia to step back into employment and join Team Boo... and what a brilliant decision that turned out to be! 💜

Over the last three years, Julia has completely transformed the administration of our Chartered Management Institute Centre, bringing organisation, efficiency and more spreadsheets than we ever thought possible (and somehow making us grateful for every single one of them!).

She's expanded our musical horizons with her wonderfully eclectic and joyful playlists, helped keep us all on track, and become the calm, capable force that keeps everything moving behind the scenes.

One of our highlights as a team this year was having the opportunity to celebrate Julia's 60th birthday together - a truly special occasion and a reminder of how lucky we are to have her as part of Team Boo. 🎂✨

Quite simply, Julia is Team Boo's Mission Control. 🚀

Her positivity, reliability and knack for finding better ways of doing things make a huge difference every single day.
Thank you, Julia, for everything you do and for being such an important part of our team.

We managed to pack a decent amount into April despite having time off over Easter to spend with our chocolate eggs. Lots of 1:1 coaching, lots of networking where it matters - and lots of filming outside our HQ. Do we need to invest in some purple binoculars? 🔎
