Evie began her journey with Asset Training in January as a traineeship learner, she has now completed our traineeship course and has began a new path as a Marketing Assistant Apprentice 🌟

Here is some words from Evie about her past and current job role:

“My new Marketing Assistant Apprenticeship consists of me creating content plans, newsletters as well as social media posts for two different companies (TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn) - I also take part in running markets to promote our business and gain more brand awareness. My favourite thing about my new job role is the independence I’ve gained due to being allowed to plan my own work and what my day consists of. I have always wanted a role where I was able to make it my own so I am really pleased with that.

During my traineeship course placement my job duties were slightly different, I would be analysing posts from clients as I worked for a agency. This meant that I would look at previous posts and work out why they did or didn’t do as well. Other duties I completed during my traineeship course was taking parts in meetings and giving my ideas and opinions on how to improve the business, I also discovered how to use different IT softwares such as Canva which I currently use in my new role as a marketing executive. “

Your focus will be to support the creative project activities, work well with other members of the team and operate ICT computer systems as well as other office equipment for all appropriate administrative procedures.

📅 Course = 18 months
🕘 36 hours per week
✅ Level 3 Business Administrative Apprenticeship.

💷 Your annual wage will be based on age:
• Age 16-18: £9,967 per annum.
• Age 18-20: £14,115 per annum.
• Age 21-22: £19,164 per annum.
• Age 23+ : £19,615 per annum.

TEACHING ASSISTANT LEVEL 3 CAMPAIGN

Today is an important day in the sense that all local primary schools will have found out how many new students they’ll be welcoming through the school gates in September! 🏫🚌

Asset Training & Consultancy Ltd offer the Teaching Assistant L3 apprenticeship for new apprentices to assist in schools, OR we can also upskill the current staff to ensure they have the skills, knowledge & behaviours to be the best TA possible! 👨🏻‍🏫👩🏼‍🏫

We currently work with 65 schools & have 108 TA apprentices on our roll 🥳🤩

We are now looking to generate further school based apprenticeships!
