I am able to receive and return work digitally or (depending on location) I can collect and return work that has been dictated on audio tape. My service is both efficient and cost-effective, enabling my customers to have complete peace of mind. Work is turned around within 24-48 hours. As I am a virtual/off-site secretary, my fees are charged on an hourly basis and this cost includes all the essential items (i.e. telephone, fax, postal address) included in running a professional service and supplying standard stationery. I do offer a fixed fee for a certain number of hours and additional hours will be charged accordingly. I am able to offer cover for your regular secretary or I can offer permanent secretarial work. I charge per hour for the amount of work that is carried out and invoice on a monthly basis which is payable within 7 days of receipt. My fees include all the essential costs therefore you will not have any of the additional fees that go only with having a full time secretary. You will not have to pay National Insurance contributions or compulsory pension fund contributions when this become necessary. You will not have to worry about annual leave cover, sick leave or maternity leave. My normal hourly rate is £17.50. I have different packages to meet your needs, I can offer a starting package as follows and any additional hours will be charged in accordance with the normal hourly rate of £17.50.
30 hours for £500.00 per month
17 hours for £300.00 per month
I have a minimum contract period of 6 months if a package is required which is automatically renewed at the end of the period unless otherwise advised in writing.
