What a wonderful few days we've had on our Systemic Constellations Foundation Programme.

Rather than us telling you about the experience, we thought we'd let some of the participants do the talking.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us this week for your openness, curiosity, courage, and willingness to learn together. The depth of inquiry, generosity, and care in the room created something very special.

We're also incredibly grateful to Luea Ritter and the team at Collective Transitions for bringing such wisdom, skill, and presence to the programme.

It has been a privilege to host this work and learn alongside you.

We hope you enjoy hearing some reflections from participants about their experience.

Our next programme runs on the 23-25th September, please get in touch to book your place.

Thank you all for being part of it!

The latest RAW Conversations blog is now live.

When someone is experiencing grief, loss, divorce, illness, or another significant life change, many of us worry about saying the wrong thing.

But often, it's not what we say that matters most.

It's whether we're willing to keep the conversation open.

In this thoughtful new blog, Jane Bytheway explores grief, silence, and the leadership moments that matter most - reminding us that compassionate leadership isn't about having perfect words, but about showing up, listening, and staying present.

"Values aren't what they used to be."

In the second blog of our Making Values Real series, Nick Ellerby explores how our understanding of values has evolved - from ancient virtues and shared moral frameworks to the personal and organisational values we talk about today.

As values have become more visible, have they also become harder to live?

This blog reflects on the gap between what we say matters and what our actions repeatedly make true, and why making values real may be one of the defining leadership challenges of our time.

The latest blog in our Oasis RAW Conversations series is now live - this time from Mo Ford, exploring something that often gets overlooked in difficult conversations:

The conditions around the conversation itself.

How we prepare. How we welcome people into the space. How safe, heard and human people feel.

Because when emotions are high, conflict is present, or trust feels fragile, the environment we create can shape whether a conversation becomes damaging… or genuinely constructive.

This is a thoughtful and deeply human reflection on psychological safety, vulnerability, autonomy and connection - and why these things matter so much when conversations are difficult.

We’ve also recorded this one as an audio blog, so you can choose to read or listen.

We recently welcomed Jon Canessa back to Oasis for our annual Coaches Gathering, where he shared some really thoughtful reflections on his experience of our development programmes - including our year-long Coaching with Head, Heart and Soul Programme.

Jon has engaged with Oasis through a number of developmental spaces over the years, and it was lovely to hear him speak about the impact of taking time to pause, reflect, connect and grow alongside others.

In this short video clip, he shares some of that experience in his own words.

If you’d like to find out more about the Head, Heart & Soul Coaching Programme, take a look at the links below or get in touch with [email protected] - we’d love to have a conversation about what might support you best.

VALUES.

A word we hear everywhere but what do we really mean by it, and how does it genuinely shape the way we lead, decide, and act?

Our new Oasis blog series explores values not as slogans or fixed statements, but as living forces within the complexity of organisational and everyday life.

The first reflection from Nick Ellerby is now live.

The third blog in our Oasis RAW Conversations series is now live, this time from Sarah Bryson, exploring something many of us struggle with - how do you have a difficult conversation… without making it worse?

When emotions are high, it’s easy to avoid conversations altogether or rush into them without enough thought, clarity or care.

In this blog, Sarah shares a simple but powerful seven-stage framework for approaching difficult conversations with more confidence, compassion and purpose.

Not about “winning” the conversation.

But creating the conditions for honesty, clarity and progress.

A really practical and thoughtful read for anyone navigating leadership, teamwork, relationships or change.

By Sarah Bryson How to have difficult conversations (without making it worse) I don’t know about you, but whenever I need to have a difficult conversation, my heart sinks.  At first, I avoid it. Then I bargain with myself - well maybe this is not the right time, it’s not needed,

The next blog in the RAW (Resilience, Adaptability & Wellbeing) series, Difficult Conversations, is by Nick Ellerby and explores the hidden cost of silence in organisations and relationships.

Not just the conversations we avoid, but what happens internally when truth, concern, uncertainty or emotion consistently go unspoken.

Over time, withholding can drain energy, reduce adaptability, weaken trust, and affect wellbeing in ways we do not always immediately recognise.

The piece reflects on shame, guilt, resilience, nervous system stress, and the difference between silence that protects connection and silence that slowly diminishes us.

Perhaps resilience is not simply about enduring more.

Perhaps it is about finding safe ways to remain honest, connected, and whole.

We’re launching a new blog series exploring one of the most human and most avoided parts of life: Difficult conversations.

The conversations we put off. Rehearse in our heads. Avoid because we fear conflict, rejection, shame or getting it wrong. But what we don’t say rarely disappears.

Over the coming weeks, the Oasis RAW Team will be sharing reflections, practices and real-world insight into the conversations that shape leadership, relationships, teams and communities.

Nick Ellerby opens the series with a powerful reflection on the hidden cost of silence - and why the conversations we avoid are often the ones that matter most.

“RAW Conversations: Moments that change everything” is now live.
