£20 to build the best bar line up…and some very questionable choices were made 😆

Ethan or Ben…who are you backing? 🍺

We once drove over two hours to visit a customer...and ended up telling them not to buy from us 😆

Not quite the result you expect from a sales trip, but there was a very good reason.

Sometimes doing the job properly means admitting your product isn’t the right one.

Not your usual heating project! We got to see our heaters in the lemur enclosure at Hertfordshire Zoo

The feedback has been brilliant, and it’s a proper win for the team!

Important office debate…

You’ve got a budget for a roast dinner...what are you spending it on first?

Ben and Ethan had strong opinions 😂

The new infrared heating costs this church more to run than the old gas system.

So why change it?

Charli surveyed Fakenham Parish Church and, in this video, talks through what was really going on.

The old system could be running for hours and people were still cold. The building was difficult to heat, expensive to keep warm and needed a different approach.

A good example of why running cost on its own doesn’t always tell you whether a heating system is actually doing the job.

Do you have an H1 Pro fan? Don’t put in the cupboard for winter just yet…

Shannon runs through the quick clean, how to pack it away properly and one small thing you’ll want to check before you store it.

And if you’ve sold these to customers, this is a useful one to share with them too.

How does a heating company heat its own office?

Ben’s giving you the full tour, including the heaters you probably wouldn’t even notice were there.

We heat everything from our showroom and main office to the bathroom and printing pod. And yes, one room currently looks suspiciously like Santa’s grotto…

The infrared heating costs more to run than the old gas system. And yet, for Fakenham Parish Church, it was still the right decision.

The gas heating had to be switched on 24 hours before the building was used and, even then, the church still wasn’t warm enough.

A year after switching to infrared, Charli returned during winter and recorded 18°C at ground level.

The church is now warmer, easier to control and producing far fewer CO₂ emissions.

Swipe through for the full story. It’s an interesting one for any church reviewing what “better heating” actually means.
