Annalena Baerbock, President of the UN General Assembly, speaking at a special event marking 30 years since the Beijing Declaration on women’s rights.

Reflecting on the stark reality that there is still no country in the world where women’s rights are fully equal to men, she stressed:

“Women’s rights are always human rights. They are our rights – our future.”

Moving on to pastures new to manage The White Horse Inn Boughton under Blean in Kent. Please come for a drink on Sunday 25th at 5pm The Abbey Hotel to say Hasta la Vista as Battle has made me lots of friends in the past 3 1/2 years and I will be back!!

Well I'm on the move to be the new manager of The White Horse, Boughton under Blean which is the latest acquisition for Sharon Thompson and her family. So excited so come and support Drink, Eat, Stay in our beautiful rooms in the Garden of England that is Kent. Doors open mid November.
