Stepping into Floral Heaven…

Charlotte & Kirk’s wedding was a world of cascading florals, softness and romance.

Sahar & Mark. Forever, written twice.

From the words engraved inside their wedding rings to sugar ground above their heads for sweetness-every detail of their Persian Ceremony carried meaning.

Just before Sahar walked down the stairs, a little bird appeared on the chandelier.

They say birds appear when loved ones are near. Perhaps someone special had come to watch her take those steps.

The moments you’ll treasure most…

Becoming a Mum again recently has made me fall in love with weddings all over again. It’s funny how becoming a parent changes your perspective.

These days I watch far more than I shoot.

I’m waiting for the squeeze of a hand.

The little looks, the laughter that’s building or the proud smile from across a crowded room.

Those little moments are over in a heartbeat.

Maybe it’s because I know now just how quickly life moves. How children grow, parents grow older and the people you love the most become even more precious.

So whilst everyone is watching the big moments unfold..I’m watching everything in between because that’s where your story really lives ❤️

Delicate English lace sleeves perfectly complimented by a custom white saree, Emali flew back to Sri Lanka to have her dream wedding dress designed and bought to life and WOW, was it worth it!

The part of your wedding I am most excited about isn’t the same as yours.

I LOVE the dress.

I LOVE the flowers (the more the better!)

I LOVE watching you walk down the aisle with all that anticipation, full of excitement.

I LOVE the quiet moments…the details that tell your story and remember your loved ones that can’t be there.

I LOVE the epic dinner party entrances where your guests are on their feet, napkins in the air and you can’t wait to join them.

But my favourite part?

Watching you see it all again…
the moments you felt
and the ones you didn’t even know happened.
